| Requirements:

| • | 5 years experience in new business development utilizing a consultative sales approach, experience in the HR Sector required (software, training, recruiting etc) |

| • | BS, BA or Graduate Degree |
 |
| • | Must possess professional and technical knowledge of psychological testing and applicant tracking solutions |
 |
| • | Proven track record of increasing business and revenue utilizing consultative/solution selling approach with a focus on client expectations while executing sales plans. |
 |
| • | Experience in choosing, deploying and using sales pipeline software applications |
 |
| • | Outstanding consultative selling abilities and interpersonal skills to build relationships with executive level clients. |
 |
| • | Experience working with clients at all levels |
 |
| • | Ability to translate client needs into an actionable response. |
 |
| • | Ability to influence without authority |
 |
| • | Demonstrate ability to layout strategy for accomplishing goals. |
 |
| • | Excellent written and verbal communication, and superior presentation development and delivery skills |
 |
| • | High degree of sophistication, confidence, integrity and credibility |
 |
| • | Possess the aptitude, attitude and passion to excel and win |
 |
| • | Self motivated and a team player |
 |
| • | Desire to live in the DFW area |
