Consultant/ Client Manager

They seek a Consultant/Client Manager to identify strategic talent needs, provide best practice consulting and solutions around selection and development and maintain relationships and customer loyalty among a defined set of clients. This position requires in-depth knowledge of selection assessments and applicant tracking systems and how to effectively implement and utilize them to build talent within an organization.

Requirements:
• 8 - 10 years of experience as a Consultant, HR Manager, or Account Manager
• Advanced Degree in Industrial/Organizational, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, HR or related field
• Work experience within the Human Resources Consulting sector
• Knowledge and experience with comprehensive, integrated selection systems and applicant tracking solutions
• Demonstrated experience conducting and interpreting psychological assessments and providing feedback, developing competency models, structured interviews and performance appraisals, and consulting around team building and succession planning
• Ability to translate client needs into an actionable responses or solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Superior presentation development and delivery skills
• Desire to live in the DFW area
• Approximate Travel: 40%

Key Duties/Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing, supporting, and servicing the organizational talent needs of an assigned set of clients to ensure client retention.
• Relationship development and management with key individuals and top decision makers within designated client to build business opportunities.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients' business and talent needs in order to appropriately position viable solutions to meet their needs.
• Evaluate, interpret and provide feedback around assessment results to further client's understanding and application of assessment results in hiring decisions.
• Provide consulting services in the areas of: job analysis, competency modeling, behavioral interviewing, assessment feedback, custom assessment development and test validation strategies.
• Design and implement comprehensive, integrated selection systems that meet clients' talent and business needs.
• Manage client projects including the generation of scope of work and timelines, coordination of internal resources and content development to ensure quality results and timely delivery.
• Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
• Regularly report on the impact of BHI's tools and services to the client and quantify the value and return on investment that we deliver to them.
• Directly support the Business Development and Account Management teams in developing strategic sales goals, proposal writing, and closing the sale in the assessment and selection solution areas.
• Partner with Business Development to on-board new clients by initiating regular checkpoints and educating them on additional services.
• Facilitate client transitions to new services by providing training and follow up guidance.
• Establish and build strong working relationships with internal business leaders and team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.

IT Project and Support Analyst
Responsible for providing support to the CIO and systems managers in managing, planning, and monitoring key projects from conception through implementation. Gather and analyze data to establish and maintain corporate business policies, processes, and procedures in order to provide support to multiple departments. Prepare various reports that cover forecasting, budget status, and other management related reports. Provide Level 2 technical support for clients using our proprietary SaaS-based software. Provide coordination and developer liaison support for 3rd party vendor integrations with BHI proprietary software.

BHI is a consulting firm specializing in web-based applications and assessments for purposes of hiring and promotion. Every team member has cross-functional responsibilities and interacts with individuals at various levels of the organization. The IT Project and Support Analyst will play a role in many functions of the IT department, and the position is both external and internal facing.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and present external and internal reports through collecting, analyzing and summarizing information from our PM software and other department information.
• Report on project deliverables and schedules in a timely manner and work on overall project planning.
• Assist with developing, designing and establishing reporting standards and principles for the company.
• Analyze client requirements and project goals to establish milestones, timelines, and project plans.
• Evaluate and monitor the efficiency and performance of projects to make sure that the execution is on target.
• Provide client support as a Level 2 technician, including participation in on-call rotation.
• Serve as vendor/developer software support liaison to help facilitate integration initiatives.
• Maintaining, testing and troubleshooting new and existing integrations.

Education and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or Computer Science

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience with MS Project and/or Clarizen project management software.
• Experience with flow chart software (e.g. Visio).
• Experience providing internal and external end-user support.
• Knowledge of IT terminology and concepts gained through experience working in an IT department.
• Knowledge of client support gained through experience working in an IT support team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL-Server.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Transact-SQL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft VB .NET and/or Adobe Coldfusion.
