BHI creates Custom Talent Benchmarks, or success profiles, for companies to use in selecting talent. The intent is to support the hiring team in identifying and developing top talent, thus leading to greater retention, loyalty and organizational effectiveness. Custom benchmarks enable BHI to calibrate assessment tools according to a company's success criteria and unique talent requirements as they relate to personality, intellectual abilities and the demands of the roles. The benchmarks identify candidates who are uniquely equipped to be successful in a specific business environment.


Benchmarking Process


Step 1. A minimum of 30-35 top performers are identified to be assessed
Step 2. Communication templates are provided to aid in socializing the project within your organization
Step 3. Incumbents complete the assessment and results are analyzed to produce a custom data-driven benchmark
Step 4. Benchmark is reviewed and discussed prior to implementation
Step 5. If needed, adjustments are made and the custom benchmark is added to the automated scoring system
