BHI Trait Targeting

What is Trait Targeting?


As a component of High Definition Assessment Science™, Trait Targeting allows companies to prioritize critical assessment traits by position, which BHI can then incorporate into the Performance View™ and Performance Plus™ assessments. Trait Targeting enables BHI to calibrate the tools according to a company's success criteria and talent requirements as they relate to personality, intellectual abilities and the demands of the roles. The distinctive needs of our clients are critical to gaining greater depth to our assessments.


How is Trait Targeting Used?


The 5-10 minute online Trait Targeting survey lists the competencies associated with the particular assessment and asks participants to rate how important those competencies are to the successful performance of the position being evaluated. The top 10 most critical competencies are also ranked during the process. The results are then used in the consultant interpretation of a candidate's results for a position.
