The BHI Developmental Workbook takes developmental insights one step further by providing on-the-job activities and suggestions to leverage strengths and guide development. BHI combines assessment data with behaviors and packages it all in a user friendly, electronic format for an efficient, cost effective resource to help facilitate growth and maximize development within your organization.


How is the Developmental Workbook Used?


The BHI Developmental Workbook is a powerful tool to increase self understanding and promote personal and professional growth. This workbook offers insights about individual strengths and developmental needs based on the results of the BHI assessments. Along with these insights, the workbook provides tips to promote growth and help individuals take actions towards achieving performance goals.


What Does the Developmental Workbook Provide?


The BHI Developmental Workbook contains:
  1. Developmental Profile – provides a summary of your strengths and opportunity areas as they relate to the fit for the position for which you were assessed.
  2. Action Planning Worksheet – helps identify developmental priorities, define the desired results, and construct a plan to foster continued growth and improvement.
  3. Developmental Modules – provide in-depth information about the critical strengths and opportunities related to the position, tips/developmental activities for leveraging or increasing a trait, and a resource guide of books and workshops.
In addition, BHI provides a Supervisor Handbook for the Developmental Workbook. This handbook is a valuable tool for the supervisor who will be delivering the workbook and feedback to the individual. It contains guidelines to help the supervisor prepare for the meeting and direction for the delivery and discussion of feedback with the individual.
