Executive Developmental Assessment

The Developmental Full Assessment (DFA) is intended for leaders inside a company who require a deeper development experience. This includes leaders who have been identified for larger roles in the company or those leaders who require targeted development to be more effective in their current role. The DFA offers a content-rich overview of the executive's strengths and developmental needs in six critical areas of leadership: strategic leadership, operational leadership, people leadership, change leadership, leadership character, and mental capacity. Supporting each of these areas are specific competencies that provide a granular assessment of skills and predispositions that are critical to success in current and future roles.

During the assessment process, the participant receives personalized feedback, a targeted action plan, and a developmental workbook that focuses on specific activities to help the leader better leverage their strengths and address critical gaps. The DFA has proven to have a large impact on participants; many find it career, and even life, changing.
