BHI Flyers | MAA™ Manufacturing Associate Assessment
| The MAA™ accurately predicts key aspects of non-exempt, manufacturing employee performance, including problem solving, planning, communication, team orientation, safety consciousness, and many others. Based on an extensive research process, BHI developed the MAA™ to be a strategic hiring tool that tapped into the unique team-based profile.
How Does the MAA™ Work? The MAA™ Combines BHI's SQ™ assessment with the Associate Aptitude Questionnaire. The SQ™ is an assessment that measures work style and team orientation traits. The five dimensions of the SQ™ are:- Drive and Energy - Measures a person's quickness of pace, responsiveness, sense of urgency and action orientation.
- Sociability - Measures a person's willingness and ability to interact with others, to be communicative and to initiate conversations.
- Stress Tolerance - Measures an individual's consistency of mood, tolerance for frustration, optimism, and tendency to maintain composure under pressure.
- Friendliness - Measures a person's willingness to work alongside others and deal with people in a friendly and cooperative manner.
- Acceptance of Authority - Measures the extent to which a person accepts lines of authority and the structure of the organization. It reflects a person's willingness to follow rules and to work in an organized environment.
The Associate Aptitude Questionnaire measures a candidate's ability to understand and interpret written materials, ability to perform mathematical procedures to solve problems, and ability to generate conclusions by analyzing and evaluating information. The easy to use software offers detailed reports including a descriptive selection profile, developmental feedback report, follow up interview questions, and a filter and sort summary report.
MAA™ Research In addition to measuring Overall Performance, the MAA™ is statistically related to the following areas of performance:- Problem Solving/Decision Making; Planning and Organizing; Communication
- Team Orientation; Flexibility and Adaptability; Integrity; Safety Consciousness; Work Ethic; Self-Motivation; Quality Orientation
