PerformancePlus EX™

PerformancePlus EX™ is a comprehensive report comprised of two personality tools, one intellectual assessment tool, and a telephone interview. The report describes the strengths and limitations of an individual in several performance areas and indicates the likelihood for success on the job and beyond. Also included in this report is a developmental profile ideal for initiating feedback and setting up growth plans with a new employee. The PerformancePlus EX™ is recommended for the selection and development of candidates for mid- management and multi-unit management positions.

  • Results on Intellectual Reasoning, Decision Making, Work Style, Leadership, Interpersonal Style, and Personal Adjustment factors

How is PerformancePlus EX™ Used?


Assessments are administered on-line and take approximately 90 minutes to complete. The interview is 30 – 45 minutes and is conducted over the phone by a highly trained professional consultant. Results are posted to the client's on-line account.
