| PerformanceView™ is a report produced from two personality tools and one intellectual assessment tool describing the strengths and limitations of an individual in several performance areas and the likelihood for success on the job and beyond. ProSelect™ is a measure of verbal, quantitative, and critical reasoning skills customized by BHI for use in managerial positions, the DF is a questionnaire of work-related interests and opinions, and the GZ is a broad measure of work style and personal preferences.
Included in this report are a developmental profile ideal for initiating feedback and setting up growth plans with a new employee. The Performance View™ is recommended for the selection and development of candidates for entry-level management and key non-management positions.
