SQPlus™ combines the SQ™ assessment tool with a counter productivity scale into one effective assessment tool that accurately measures a candidate's personality traits needed to be a high performer, as well as their likelihood of engaging in counter-productive workplace behaviors.


What Does The SQPlus™ Measure?


The SQ™ portion of the assessment identifies customer focused, team oriented, hard working hourly employees. Developed and validated specifically for hourly positions, the SQ™ can help win the battle against high turnover.

The counter productivity scale measures a candidate's likelihood to engage in counter-productive behaviors such as sexual harassment, anti-diversity, disrespect for others (co-workers & customers), cash or product theft, unreliability, and drug/alcohol abuse.

The online or paper assessment offers detailed reports including a descriptive selection profile, developmental feedback report, follow up interview questions, and a filter and sort summary report.
