Ashley Hollweg, Ph.D.
Vice President, Executive Consulting
Ashley Hollweg is Vice President of Batrus Hollweg International's Executive Consulting team, with a primary focus on the acquisition, deployment, and retention of talent. Specifically, Ashley's role is to assess executive talent, provide developmental coaching, facilitate team building, and examine organizational talent issues.
Ashley conducts executive assessments for individual positions or for comprehensive organizational talent reviews to align talent with strategic business goals. As part of a BHI Talent Review team, she assesses groups of leaders within an organization to provide a snapshot of talent which gauges systemic gaps in leadership strengths, guides organizational restructuring, and determines leadership succession.

Ashley earned both a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. She received her B.A. from Davidson College and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Nexus Recovery. Ashley's research has been published in several academic journals, and she is currently an affiliate member of the American Psychological Association.
