| | | Chloe Tatney is a member of BHI's Talent Solutions team. As an associate consultant, Chloe's primary focus is building and implementing selection and development systems for clients. She also consults with clients about best practices in hiring and developing talent to help them establish and sustain a competitive advantage. In addition, Chloe plays an active role as a thought leader by researching trends and new developments in the field. Her areas of focus and expertise include:- Design and implementation of selection systems
- Job Analysis and Competency Modeling
- Behavioral Interview Development
- Talent benchmarking
- Talent selection reviews
- Assessment Interpretation
Chloe began her career at BHI in the research department. In this capacity, her expertise was utilized in numerous research initiatives including developing and validating new personality scales, analyzing data trends, researching best practices, and much more. Chloe earned her M.S. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and her B.S. degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University. Chloe is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington. Chloe is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (SIOP).
