Heather Graham, M.S.

Associate Consultant

As an associate consultant, Heather Graham contributes to the research, design, and implementation of multi-level Career Management Systems. With a focus on thought leadership and selection science, she develops innovative selection tools in the areas of engageability, advancement potential, hospitality, and integrity. Heather partners with clients to ensure best practices and strategic alignment are embedded throughout their people initiatives.

Heather came to BHI with several years of related consulting experience in the areas of training and development and talent management. She is currently completing her graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington. With access to the most leading edge research, Heather's areas of expertise lie within:

Heather received her B.A. in Psychology and Religion from Austin College in Sherman, Texas. She has presented research at national conferences and her memberships include Society for Industrial Organizational Psychologists (SIOP), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Dallas Area Industrial Organizational Psychologists (DAIOP), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
