Julie K. Geurin, M.S.
Consultant, Talent Solutions
In her 10+ years at BHI, Julie Geurin has partnered with business leaders across industries to provide best practice solutions to select, develop, and retain top talent. She works closely with decision-makers to help them understand assessments and get the greatest value from the tools available to them.
In addition to managing a large portfolio of clients, Julie is the Project Manager for our High Definition Assessment Science™ platform and leads the IT Customer Support team. Her 8 years in field operations lend her key insights into the challenges of business, and she identifies opportunities in client organizations to implement better hiring practices, capitalize on training opportunities, and integrate technology offerings to further the goals of the business.
Specifically, her areas of focus include:
Implementing BHIOnline.com technology to provide clients with quicker Time to Hire, more highly qualified candidates, and a larger applicant pool
Building custom assessments which fit the unique culture and competencies of clients
Delivering insightful engagement, culture, and 360 feedback surveys to facilitate personal and organizational growth and development
Using assessments effectively in the hiring process
Understanding company culture and operations and tailoring approaches to fit each unique organization
Developing and retaining top talent in organizations
Facilitating workshop and training sessions
Individual development and goal-setting
Julie received her M.S. in Training and Development as well as her B.A. from Texas A&M University – Commerce. She is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course. She has taught courses including Cultural Diversity, Business Communications, and Effective Presentations for the Dallas County Community College District as part of their Training and Development and Human Resources certification programs.
