The BHI assessment was implemented for unit-level management selection for a multi-unit, fast-casual restaurant company. Annualized management was tracked over the next two years following implementation of the system.
Results
Management turnover decreased an average of 5% off of a 42% beginning rate over the 3 years from a following the implementation. Based on a rate of $5,000 per manager replaced, this restaurant organization yielded an annual net return on investment of over $200,000 over the three-year period.
