Reducing job abandonment in the entertainment segment using SQPlus™.
Solutions
The SQPlus™ assessment was utilized for hourly employee hiring over a four-month period at a large box entertainment complex. Various types of turnover were studied for the study locations as well as several control group locations where typical hiring practices were utilized.
Results
The locations where SQPlus™ was utilized for hourly employee selection experienced 27% less job abandonment type of turnover compared to the control locations. The resulting savings in job abandonment turnover reduction was calculated to be $11,665 per location. This equates to a system wide savings of $361,615 across the chain of 31 large box entertainment complexes.
