The PerformanceView™ was implemented at a multi-unit, full-service restaurant company. Annualized management turnover was tracked for unit-level managers (Entry-level, KMs & GMs) over a 7-year period while the assessment program was utilized for unit-level manager selection.
Results
After implementation of the PerformanceView™, annualized management turnover decreased an average of 31% over the first 4 years before leveling off at an average of 17%. Thus, using PerformanceView™ as a systematic component of the hiring process can have a dramatic impact on reducing turnover.
