| | SQPlus™ and Loss Prevention | Process- The SQPlus™ was implemented for front and back of the house hourly employee selection for a multi-unit, full-service restaurant company.
- Loss Prevention data were collected after four months for study (used testing for hiring) and control (no testing) locations.
Results- The control locations not using testing lost:
- 13% more money due to a foreign object found in food/beverage.
- 46% more money due to broken or chipped glass.
- 3 times more money due to damaged clothes.
- 3 times more money due to food/beverages being spilled/ dropped.
- Twice as much money due to food being prepared wrong.
