Batrus Hollweg International (BHI), the leading human capital consulting firm, has announced the addition of two new consultants to their team of professionals.
Belinda Smith has joined the firm as a research consultant. She will be working with the BHI Research Institute's team where she will be contributing to a wide variety of projects including developing competency models, analyzing trends, conducting product development research, and designing assessments. Smith is also a major contributor to BHI's corporate blog and will be collaborating with the firm's marketing department on a variety of projects and the design of the firm's social media strategy.
Smith is a graduate of the The University of Texas at Arlington where she earned her Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She did her undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Dallas where she earned her B.A. Degree in Psychology.
"Belinda is a great addition for our team," said Kevin Impelman, the manager of the BHI Research Institute. "She plays a key role for BHI's Research Institute by scanning the environment for trends that allow us to remain at the leading edge of talent management. She also shows tremendous skill in translating our research findings into compelling cases our clients can leverage to make the most of their workforce."
Rachel Plugge is the newest member of BHI's Talent Solutions Group. She will be serving as a Consultant/Client Manager for the team. Her responsibilities will include managing clients, consulting around BHI's assessments and services, and identifying ways to improve customer service and client satisfaction. Rachel will also be responsible for conducting assessment trend analysis and hiring reviews for clients. She also contributes to many of BHI's product innovations and research projects.
Plugge earned a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and worked at the Office of Personnel Management while in Washington, D.C. She earned a B.S. Degree in Psychology at Texas A&M University.
