As of now, we have 132 applicants in our Click and Hire pool for our restaurant alone. We have set up group interviews with many of the applicants. With yesterday's group interviews, nearly each one came in dressed very nicely, and we saw a much better group of people than we have seen in the past. Captain D's Raises the Bar on Management Selection

Captain D's, LLC is working with Batrus Hollweg International (BHI) to "raise the bar" in the selection of its restaurant managers. Recognizing that the highest ROI requires the most productive, honest leaders, Captain D's is using BHI's Restaurant Manager Selection System with the ground breaking Integrity Scale to screen all of its manager candidates. The decision to partner with BHI was made because of the experience, research, massive assessment databases, and development resources that BHI brings to the table.

After using the BHI selection process in a 4-month trial, Captain D's found that a significant number of manager candidates were eliminated from consideration using the Integrity Scale. The leadership team at Captain D's is now accelerating the use of the BHI assessment because they are so impressed with the quality of candidate information and the speed of reporting.
