Expansive Assessment and Competency Library. BHI has invested significant time and resources to build an expansive library of validated assessment scales measuring a wide range of competencies across hourly, management, corporate and executive positions. This unprecedented assessment and competency library builds on our existing database and serves as the foundation for creating customized assessments for your organization.

Customized Assessments. BHI's High Definition Assessment System methodology enables us to take an organization's performance success factors, otherwise known as competencies, and incorporate them into a highly customized solution for selection, development, performance management, succession planning and career pathing. By understanding the specific and unique behaviors, skills and attributes that define success for positions in your organization, BHI can create customized assessments that will:
