BHI will be providing Pinkberry with a Situational Judgment Test (SJT) which is customized for the company's unique culture. The SJT is a psychological test that presents the test-taker with realistic, hypothetical scenarios and asks them to identify an appropriate response. The test is designed around leadership competencies that are critical for success among new managers and enables Pinkberry to evaluate a manager trainee's skills in situations they are likely to encounter in their new position.
"The SJT will give Pinkberry an accurate read on a manager trainee's capability to become an effective leader by assessing relevant competencies necessary for the role," said Kevin Impelman, Manager of the BHI Research Institute. "The test is tailor made for Pinkberry and will not only provide a gauge of the manager trainee's likelihood of success, but it will also highlight their strengths and developmental opportunities."
