Lewis Hollweg, Ph.D.

Throughout his 35-year career, Lewis Hollweg has focused on understanding the cornerstones of developing peak performing individuals and teams. He has consulted with many distinguished national and international clients in such industries as food service, airline, health care, hotel, manufacturing, and technology. Lewis has worked with top managers and their teams across the U.S. and Europe in the diagnosis of individual and team effectiveness. He is highly skilled in individual executive coaching and facilitating team change efforts.

Lewis is actively involved in the strategic management of Batrus Hollweg International and in the development of an integrated, results-oriented model of successful selection and development of talent throughout organizations. He also spearheaded the recent creation of the groundbreaking SAFE™ Selection System that reduces theft, sexual harassment, substance abuse, and discrimination in the service-level work force. His areas of specialty include:

Lewis received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, his M.A. from Southern Methodist University, and a Ph.D. from Texas Christian University. He is licensed and certified in the State of Texas. Lewis is an active member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Women's Foodservice Forum and managed the research on the Industry of Choice study for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation sponsored by Coca-Cola.
